If you are in business you need crm.

One of the single most important aspects of any business is knowing what is going on with your customers at any given point in time. The more information you have about your customers and what they need, the more success you will enjoy. Every time.

CRM is important because it is risk management. You protect yourself against problems. Problems like missing an order, like missing a payment, and like having too many leads to manage with your trusty excel spreadsheet.

Especially in the life of an internet marketer you want to get to the point where you do not feel on top of your business. That is a good thing. You want to be driving so much traffic at such awesome conversion levels, that you are struggling to know where you are at with your business. That is what you should be striving for.

And, trust me, when you get to that point, you want to know where to look for help. For the solution. Because, right at that tipping point you need to implement your solution. Or you will very quickly start losing money. The most common form it will take will be in the form of opportunity cost. The cost you suffer from spending hours and hours on admin, catching up on your customers and your leads, when you should be investing that time on driving more business.
