The people who hold bad credit are always asked to pay a high annual fee for the bad credit credit card. It is really difficult to find such card with 0 annual fees. Sometimes the agencies ask $100 per annum as an annual fee due to bad credit record. If you have bad credit records, definitely you are going to suffer with a late payment fee.

Since you can not provide any security for the retailer, they can not offer you anything impossible. The credit limit is really low for the bad credit holders thus. So this is wiser to hold a good credit history indeed.
