How to reclaim your time..

We waste so much of our productive waking hours every day as a result of our inability to drag ourselves away from communication tools like email and crackberry.

Tim Ferris (author of the 4 hour work week..) wrote a great post about how to firewall you attention and reclaim time. Which is essentially to have “no” as your default answer to new app requests and projects and reviews.. stating instead that things should have to earn their way into your field of attention.

I think it is also interesting to note that there is a certain “vibe” or “atmosphere” that surrounds people that are able to effectively reclaim their time (like Tim).. they appear more professional, and hold more authority when they take action.
