Free Money Finance has a good post talking up some of the same ideas I have been posting about lately around saving money on vacations. Some of the key ideas are that you can save a tonne of money if you research online before you go, look toward the shoulder seasons for savings, don’t try to go against the seasons.. which is to say that if it is summer where you are chances are the expensive holidays are going to be in the cooler destinations and in the winter months the warmer destinations are going to be where the prices are highest.
