And the way the story is told makes the difference. From a hard sell aggressive voice to a softer, more sincere, friendly and smoother one, a voice over talent is able to transmit a certain feeling, to express ideas, to convince. You are not just reading a script, you must sound believable, it must flow out when you are speaking. The purpose of “voice actors” is to “get off the page” with the message, to make it real and memorable.
