Tools of Teamwork Seminars
Teamwork seminars require three things if they are to be successful at motivating and educating team members. Regardless of whether this is your organization’s first or fiftieth teamwork seminar, you will need the following:

· Knowledge and Information
· Trainer kit
For every teamwork workshop, a trainer is required to facilitate the optimum level of learning and development during training. It is very important for the organization to select a skilled trainer for the subject of “teamwork”, as teamwork is a very sensitive issue these days in every organization. Knowledge and information are different concepts and these must be understood by the trainer. Trainers should be equipped with detailed information regarding teamwork. For conducting any team work seminar, some tools are required as mentioned below:
· Projector
· Multimedia to play videos and media clips
· Papers and pencils
· Chairs and tables
It is better for the trainer to use some video clips to demonstrate to people in the seminar the importance of teamwork for the success of the organization.
